Concept artThis is a piece of concept art of a "pre-Transformer" character, object, or setting, likely for Microman, Diaclone, or their derivatives, © Hasbro, TakaraTomy and/or Paramount Pictures for movie props or characters.
Because such photos are released specifically to promote products or events, TFWiki.net asserts that an implicit public license exists for them. TFWiki.net further asserts that because such photos can be reasonably assumed to represent that product in the best possible light, TFWiki.net's general preference for using such images to illustrate those products constitutes an act of good faith.
Regardless the above, TFWiki.net's use of promotional images to document and illustrate a product or character on TFWiki.net would always fall under the fair use provision of United States copyright law. See Copyrights.
