Prince is a famous person, possibly heir to a kingdom, or the ruler of a principality.

While the Bop Crew were fleeing from thugs from the Dancitron, Raoul wished aloud that their boom box was Blaster, leading Rocksteady to opine that Raoul knew the Autobots like he knew Prince. Auto-Bop

As it turned out that Raoul did, in fact, know the Autobots, Prince may well be an acquaintance of Rocksteady.
In the real world, Prince did in fact perform once at a Australian club called "Transformers".^[1]
