[edit]Corata-Vaz was one of three planetoids being used by the Ark's original crew to house Nega-Cores. These devices would have accelerated the expansion of the Dead Universe, and Nemesis Prime's reign over all that existed. Cyclonus was on his way to Corata-Vaz to activate the Nega-Core when he let himself get sidetracked attacking the Ark-12. Ultra Magnus and Hound's team chased Cyclonus to his destination, and almost prevented him from activating the Core and its guardian, Thunderwing.
