When Jake Lomax got some bad news about two of his goons getting zapped by Joey Slick's strange lightning gun, Charlene tried to cheer him up with a little cuddle-time. She had just come out of the pool, however, and Lomax wasn't in the mood to be dripped on.
A few weeks later, she was giving Lomax a backrub when he read in the paper how even the army could not stop Slick and his new weapon. Shooting Star!
