[edit]Capshaw waited with Ames at Blackrock Motor Speedway for G.B. Blackrock to finish practice laps in his racecar. Annoyed, Blackrock stopped and berated Ames for interrupting his two hours of practice till he saw that General Capshaw was in attendance. Capshaw snipped Blackrock's brownnosing in the bud, and informed him that the military did not approve of his plans to unveil a weapon to destroy the giant robots that attacked several of Blackrock's installations.
