| The name or term "Burnout" refers to more than one character or idea. For a list of other meanings, see Burnout (disambiguation). |

Nobody will claim life's easy for a Micromaster, what with all those troubles the guzzlers cause and which they just can't keep to themselves. For those Micromasters that need a break, there is The Burn Outs in Little Iacon. It has energon galore and anyone is free to stay as long as they respect the three ground rules.
- No brands: The Burn Outs is neutral territory. If you want to be spitting Autobot-Decepticon propaganda, do so elsewhere. Spitting on Autobot-Decepticon propaganda on the other hand, is encouraged.
- No weapons: because it is common knowledge matters are set to get ugly if you mix weapons with intoxicants and a charged atmosphere.
- No rules: The Burn Outs exists to provide relaxation, and so everyone is free to do as they please. Well, except for the limits put down by the first two rules, that is. Pretty please?

[edit]After their encounter with Countdown, the Hot Rod Patrol decided they needed a break and headed for The Burn Outs. The place was already quite lively when they arrived with other Micromasters drinking, chatting, armwrestling, and throwing stuff at an image of Optimus Prime and Megatron. Hubs got in a conversation with Motorhead and was forced to inform him that Crunch had been killed by his shot. Ground Hog started chatting Greaser up about old times, wondering if the Hot Rod Patrol would like to join the Race Track Patrol in a number of morally questionable activities. Despite breaking with the Autobots, Greaser told him he and his team were not interested. Meanwhile, Trip-Up got on Roller Force's bad side by taking his seat and Big Daddy had an accusative talk with Roadhandler about allegiances.

[edit]
- The Burn Outs wasn't named in the issue's story. A poster seen on one of the covers provided the name.
- Up on the wall, there's an awesome poster by Pat Lee of Optimus Prime and Megatron in their Earth forms, which haven't been acquired yet, on a snow-covered planet where they've never appeared otherwise.
