The Floating City (浮遊都市 Fuyū Toshi) is a city, apparently floating in space.

As the fifth part of his journey, Ultra Magnus leaped on and off the buildings and rocks of the Floating City, battling Tabara and Pressures. At the end, Magnus entered a mechanical chamber where he battled and defeated Menasor. Transformers: Mystery of Convoy
