Foldspace warheads are Cybertronian weapons. While it is advisable not to be hit by one directly, they are not designed to do damage. Instead, the explosion caused by one teleports anything caught in its radius to a random location somewhere in space. Because of this unpredictability in their results, foldspace warheads are marked as illegal.

To top it off, he had Devastator bring along a foldspace warhead, despite that they were banned from usage deca-cycles ago.
