Hōchū Ōtsuka (大塚芳忠 Ōtsuka Hōchū born May 19, 1954) is a veteran Japanese voice actor. In the 20th century, he was credited as Yoshitada Ōtsuka (大塚芳忠 Ōtsuka Yoshitada), his real name.
