However, thanks to the cunning detective work of Autobots Sideswipe and Cheetor, as well as some extra help from Optimus himself, Wildrider, Drag Strip, Breakdown, Dead End, and Toxitron were all taken into custody and locked up in Trypticon Prison alongside their master Megatron. However, The Motor Master, the head Stunticon, took Sideswipe hostage and threatened to scrap the Autobot unless Megatron was released from custody. Notes
[edit]- Trypticon Prison would have appeared in the unproduced fourth season of the Animated cartoon, where it would have been launched from Cybertron's surface by Megatron as part of a huge prison break, then land on Earth (specifically Dinobot Island).[2] It wouldn't be the last time that the concept of Decepticon prisoners unleashed on Earth would surface.
- Cell block D-63 is a reference to the ID number of the original Trypticon toy.
