Dairy King is a restaurant that presumably specializes in dairy products.

Jessie, coming by S. Witwicky Auto Repair via bike, asked Buster if he wanted to grab an ice cream soda from Dairy King. Buster was unable to, as his father immediately tasked him to attend to a new customer. Buster Witwicky and the Car Wash of Doom

Dairy King is based on Dairy Queen. There are quite a few actual "Dairy King" restaurants (riding off DQ's coattails) but none really ever has taken off as a chain.
