While most medics prefer to use their tools for healing rather than harming, many are also capable of holding their own against enemies. There are all sorts of different personalities in a medic, as there are medics on both factions, with differeing personalities and modus operandi. While most Autobots aid their comrades out of altruism alone, some Decepticons border on "mad scientist" with their careless attitude towards Cybertronian life. Some medics are less... gentle than others, and the war can take itss toll. But you can't really get too picky when your life is dangling by a thread.
