After being fed up with Alpha Trion's intrigue, Optimus Prime banished him through Trion's own stellar spanner. Blitzwing Bop He ended up in Nexus 208.0 Epsilon, Transcendent: Part 1 and was prevented from returning, as the Transcendent Technomorphs recognized the negative polarity universe as a threat. Transcendent: Part 2 The universe would later receive a visitor when Cliffjumper went through a dimensional space bridge Crossing Over: Part 6 and was deposited on the Cybertron of Primax -408.24 Epsilon. Shattered Glass
Alpha Trion, after preparations in the Nexus universe, returned to his native universe using the Transcendent Technomorphs' Transwarp Complex. Reunification: Part 1 Some of his "accomplices" were the components to the original Transformer, Nexus Prime. Later, using a new stellar spanner, Nexus left the universe with Aquarius to search for the Star Saber. Reunification: Part 6
Stellar spanner technology was later incorporated with Wheeljack's ship, which allowed him to traverse universes to the one that Nexus Prime went to. In one universe he traveled to, he was able to acquire some forestonite before returning to his universe. Generation 2: Redux
As part of his plot to amass enough power to overthrow his brother and conquer everything, Distant Fissures Ultra Magnus led a force to invade Primax 207.0 Epsilon from -408.24 Epsilon. High Chancellor Optimus Prime of Nexus 208.0 Epsilon feared that this transgression led to unprecedented unbalance of the multiverse. Invasion Prologue Magnus's actions resulted in the complete destruction of 207.0 Epsilon. Only three things survived: positive polarity Earth, which ended up in orbit of negative polarity Cybertron, Invasion and the starships Graviton and Talon, which ended up in orbit of prehistoric negative polarity Earth. Invasion: Epilogue Shattered Time
As part of their efforts to respond to Magnus's multiversal villainy, the TransTechs deployed the Depth Charge of Primax 209.0 Gamma to the past of -408.24 Epsilon in order to safeguard the Origin Matrix. Invasion: Epilogue Shattered Expectations He successfully accomplished this task, Shattered Destiny with the Matrix ending up in the present day of -408.24 Epsilon. Falling into Place
As part of his goal of amassing ultimate power, Magnus had the Collector constructed on the dimensionally-displaced Earth to collect energy from the universes Magnus remotely destroyed with the Terminus Blade. Battle ensued when heroic Decepticons and Autobots tracked down and confronted Magnus and his forces. Distant Fissures Nexus Prime then arrived to claim the Star Saber and the Terminus Blade, which he used to defeat Ultra Magnus and exile him to another universe. Nexus Prime then departed for interdimensional space in order to prevent multiversal crises from ever happening again. Restoration As the Shroud descended upon the multiverse, the Unicron and Primus of this universe were severed from their multidimensional selves, becoming dominated by good and evil, respectively. Out of the One, Many
Eventually, the positive polarity Earth was revealed to be the deity Gaea, who transported all the humans (and Autobot Pretenders) living on her to another universe before engaging the local evil aspect of her brother. With the aid of the Knights of Unicron, Gaea defeated Primus; she then transformed into a New Cybertron to serve as the home for heroic Decepticon and Autobot alike, marking the dawn of a new age of peace.
