[edit]Devcon had been stationed on the Moon until Sentinel Prime activated a space bridge to Earth. Heeding the call of Megatron, he joined the Decepticon beachhead in Washington, D.C.. During the invasion of Chicago, Devcon participated in the initial strike and contributed to the mayhem.
During the Autobots' attack on this Decepticon stronghold, Devcon was one of the many Decepticons who fired upon the retreating Autobots.
