Swati is Sanjay Bharwaney's housekeeper, and takes care of his daughter Serena while he is at work.

Believing it to be just one of the strange things that comes out of children's mouths, Swati warned her against playing on people's cars and alerted her to the fact that it was lunchtime soon.
