Eliot Brown (born December 19, 1954) is an American comic writer and artist. He began working in the Marvel Comics Bullpen in 1978, as a photostat camera operator. While working under Bob Budiansky, he was a writer and artist on The Official Handbook of the Marvel Universe. He continued to work on Marvel books such as The Punisher Armory, but also began contributing to Penthouse Comix and various D.C. Comics titles, such as the Secret Files and Origins series. He drew a prominent map of Gotham City for Batman: No Man's Land which went on to be reused over and over.
