Garchomp, I choose you!
  • Predacon Rippersnapper (Cyberverse Legion Class, 2013)
    • Series / Number: 3 / 009
    • Accessories: Electrocharge Bow
Part of the third wave of Prime: Beast Hunters Series 3 Cyberverse Legion Class toys, "Predacon Rippersnapper" transforms into a bipedal lizard creature, and comes with an "Electrocharge Bow". His robot mode hands can hold the weapon via the latter's multiple 3mm posts, and he and the weapon feature numerous 3mm mounting points.
Though not called out in the instructions, Rippersnapper combines with Cyberverse Twinstrike, Hun-Gurrr, Windrazor, and Blight to form Abominus, with Rippersnapper forming the right leg. His back kibble in this mode can be positioned lower so it sits slightly above the beast mode arms to make a more convincing foot.
Because of the way his head is attached with a not-quite-C joint, it's very easy to knock loose. In fact, it'll fall off every time you touch it. You should probably resign yourself to losing it sooner or later.
His bow accessory was also used, in varying colors, by Bumblebee, Airachnid, Windrazor, and Cindersaur. This toy was repurposed as G1 Rippersnapper by IDW's Windblade series.

For a guy named "Windrazor", he's not very aerodynamic.
  • Abominus (Giftset, 2013)
    • Accessories: Electrocharge Bow
Part of the Beast Hunters: Predacons Rising subline imprint, Abominus is a giftset of Cyberverse Hun-Gurrr, Windrazor, Predacon Rippersnapper, Twinstrike, and Blight, slightly redecoed by way of translucent plastic replacing a main color of each character, as well as translucent purple weapons. In Rippersnapper's case, the gray plastic is now translucent; in addition, all the teal paint operations have been changed to a considerably lighter, metallic shade, resulting in a jarring contrast with the teal plastic, which is an ever-so-slightly darker shade compared to Rippersnapper's original single release. Furthermore, the tampographed Predacon insignia on his right shoulder has been changed from yellow with black outlines to purple without outlines.
The back of the packaging mistakenly switches their names, resulting in, among others, Rippersnapper getting Windrazor's name, and Twinstrike being called "Predacon Rippersnapper".
This set was a Target exclusive in the United States and Canada, a Tesco exclusive in the United Kingdom, a Carrefour exclusive in France, a Ripley exclusive in Chile, and a Toys"R"Us exclusive in Australia much later, in late 2014. The packaging does not identify it as a Cyberverse product.

Rippersnapper in Kreon form can be "rebuilt" from his robot mode into a bipedal dragon thing. He can also contribute his bricks to form Abominus.
He was only available in the Kre-O Abominus Micro-Changer Combiner set, alongside Hun-Gurrr, Sinnertwin, and Windrazor.

The Autobot Command Center set comes with pieces for building a beast mode Rippersnapper... who frankly looks nothing like Rippersnapper, being a quadrupedal bull-thing. But that's what's on the packaging so.
His head is actually the torso-piece of the Kre-O Battleship alien. Neat!

Notes

[edit]
  • Information on Rippersnapper's nature is conflicting. The Hunt the Beasts game portrays him as a highly intelligent and capable Predacon, whereas his toy bio says he's just a dumb brute. We're going with the first one because it's a lot cooler.
