Kenyū Horiuchi (堀内賢雄 Horiuchi Ken'yū born July 30, 1957) is a Japanese voice actor. Some might recognize him as Raiden from the Metal Gear Solid Series, Pain from Naruto Shippuden, Hokushin from Yu Yu Hakusho, Martin Leibert from Spice & Wolf, Barazo Mankanshoku from Kill la Kill, Leon Riviere from Jormungand, Mashymre Cello in ZZ Gundam, Jamil Neate in After War Gundam X and the goofy Narrator from Kyattou Ninden Teyandē, otherwise known as Samurai Pizza Cats in the US. In late 2018, he later took over for Unshō Ishizuka as both the narrator and Professor Oak in the Pokémon anime.
