Kawasaki Prime (カワサキプライム Kawasaki Puraimu) is the Town Commander assigned to the city of Kawasaki, a promotion from his previous rank of Adjutant. Fitting his adopted town, Kawasaki Prime loves music in all forms, especially jazz. With his Bridge Spear, Kawasaki Prime can control water, allowing him to use the ebb and flow of rivers in his attacks and support activities.
