WOTC Community Lead

[edit]

During the interium between Michael Bay's Transformers Movie and Revenge of the Fallen, Vanguard was the offcial community lead for Wizards of the Coast's Transformers line. While this may sound impressive, this was probably one of the most worthless official 'fandom' positions to exist. The only product WOTC released was the ill-concieved and poorly-recieved 3D Battle-Card Game.

As a result, duties primarily included wondering why WOTC was letting such a huge branding license to go complete crap in their hands and handling a message board where most people were pretty much asking the exact same thing. The position effectively ended with the release of Energon Wars and the board's closure. WOTC has yet to revist the Transformers license, which as of the end of 2011, they still have domnion.
