The Eurythmans speak in a constant, lilting sing-song manner, in keeping with their obsession with music. In appearance, they resemble elves of Earth legend. Their technology is entirely music-based, with even their architecture and cities laid out along musical lines. They have harmonies for healing, and their greatest accomplishment is a highly-destructive three-part harmony.

After Allegra, Zebop and Basso used their harmony weapon to destroy a comet threatening their home world of Eurythma, a group of Transformers, including both Decepticons and Autobots arrived on the planet. Galvatron and Soundwave began hunting for the source of the destructive weapon they had witnessed, leading Blaster, Broadside and Ultra Magnus to visit the Eurythman city to try to head the Decepticons off. They met with Basso, who told them that Allegra and Zebop possessed the rest of the harmony. Unfortunately Galvatron and Soundwave were eavesdropping, and were able to obtain the first part of the harmony from Allegra.
Zebop assisted the Autobots in attempting to rescue Allegra from the Decepticons, however his attempt to use his part of the harmony on the Decepticons resulted in Soundwave recording it. Though Zebop was injured in the resulting battle, Allegra was able to use a healing harmony on him.
The Decepticons, meanwhile, attacked the Eurythman city, provoking Basso into using his part of the harmony so that Soundwave could obtain it. With the full harmony at last, he devastated the city, and the Decepticons left the planet to strike at Metroplex. The three Eurythmans accompanied the Autobots to Earth, where they were able to help defeat the Decepticons and erase Soundwave's copy of the harmony.
Afterward, they returned to Eurythma, where Ultra Magnus told them they would need to learn to live in harmony with each other. Carnage in C-Minor

Notes
[edit]- Oddly, though the Eurythmans seem to speak perfectly understandable "English" (or whatever the common galactic language is), of all the Transformers who land on Eurythma, only Blaster and Soundwave, with their affinity for sound and music, seem capable of understanding Eurythmans and constantly have to translate what the natives are saying to non-sing-song for the others.
- The Eurythmans and their planet were possibly named for 80s band The Eurythmics.
