- Terranotron is a redeco of Beast Wars Basic Class Lazorbeak (himself an all-new tooling based on the original Terrorsaur toy), transforming from organic Pteranodon (sort of) to robot mode with a single-step, spring-loaded transformation. His pistol folds up and stores behind his robot-mode head.
- Initial shipments of the Dinobots toys gave Terranotron the name "Swoop". This was changed fairly quickly.
- This mold was also used to make later runs of Terrorsaur in the UK, as well as Beast Wars Neo Hydra. The original tooling was used to make Fractyl and Age of Extinction Strafe (no, really).
