The Cygnus Sniper Rifle is Catapult's extremely-long-range weapon which deals electrical damage to spark and shield, but requires a cooldown period after each firing. The "Bolt Strike" S-tech delivers a powerful shot, whose resulting trauma reduces the output of the target's weapons and equipment.
