A council hovercraft is a Nebulan vehicle, presumably for Council of Peers use.

[edit]While the Autobots rushed to save Zarak from the clutches of the Decepticons, Llyra, Marita, and others followed in a council hovercraft. Zarak and the other "captives" revealed themselves to be Headmasters for the Decepticons and the two factions battled. A stray rock thrown by Apeface hit the council hovercraft, damaging the stabilizing undercarriage and sending it crashing. The passengers were mostly unharmed. Love and Steel!
