The Gale Grenade Launcher is Monsoon's way of living up to his name. The Deluge Bomb S-tech it contains allows him to fire grenades which cause localized acid rain. Any Decepticons sprinkled with this experience short-term paralysis as the acid raid corrodes their servos, and Monsoon and his allies can pick them off at leisure.
