Sky Creeper is a Decepticon from the Wings Universe portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.

Sky Creeper is a member of Squadron X.

Sky Creeper was part of the Squadron X campaign on Frellus IV, where he cheered after their victory over the Hasmata. He later died at Olliphia. Tornado - Decepticon Saboteur, 2014/05/15

As with the other Squadron X members introduced in the "Tornado - Decepticon Saboteur" Facebook page, Sky Creeper is named after a member of Cobra.
