Eduardo Borja (January 21, 1940–April 11, 2000) was a Mexican Spanish-language actor and voice actor. His acting roles included the films Lo que importa es vivir and Midaq Alley, while his voice acting roles included Breetai in Robotech and Chief Wiggum in The Simpsons. He has provided Spanish dubbing for James Doohan (as Scotty), Paul Winfield and Charles Bronson. He passed away in 2000 from a stroke caused by diabetes.
