Renegade Rhetoric

The Monster GoBots aligned themselves with the Master Renegade when he betrayed Cy-Kill and temporarily conquered all of Gobotron from the Guardians as well. However, once his plans started to go south, Vamp assessed the situation and rallied her comrades back to Cy-Kill's side, getting him to safety when it seemed the Guardians would reclaim the planet. Graduation Day Cy-Kill sought an object of great power reported to be on Amazonia IV, but a force field set up by the Valkyrie people prevented him from landing. Artemis, Queen of the Valkyries, allowed a force of Guardians and Renegades alike to enter the Three Trials of Boudica and compete for the prizes, but only females could participate. Vamp joined Crasher and Snoop in opposing the Guardians, but she failed the Test of Courage when pitted against Sparky. Ladies Night When Thruster was shot down over Arcanus IX, Vamp and Cop-Tur conducted repairs while Cy-Kill went exploring. Mumbo Jumbo

From Axiom Nexus, Cy-Kill described the origins of Vamp and Scorp, while congratulating himself on his own brilliance in creating Pincher as an ambassador to bring the Monster GoBots into the Renegades. Renegade Rhetoric 2015/10/15 Still, Cy-Kill was aware of their murky loyalties and continuing ties to his hapless rival, the Master Renegade. Seeing the influence Vamp and Scorp had gained over Pincher, Cy-Kill was concerned about introducing his newly acquired monstrous troops like Odd Ball and Monsterous to the Monster GoBots once he returned to Level 1. Beast Wars: Uprising

Vector Prime reported that several GoBots from Gargent 984.08 Alpha escaped the Cataclysm by travelling to Primax 215.19 Epsilon and integrating themselves in with the local Predacons. Ask Vector Prime, 2015/05/14 Vamp was one of these Renegades, along with her allies Scorp and Pincher. Over the next eighteen Antarean years following their arrival, they and four more Renegades set up shop in a base in Proximax called Erebos, becoming known as the "Antares Eight". Vamp particularly came to despise Cybertron and its inhabitants, but fulfilled her duty, blending in among the locals and gathering intel and allies among the disaffected population of proto-formers.

Shortly after the Grand Uprising began, Vamp made contact with one Cybertronian, the Predacon Ser-Ket. An incredibly long gripe session followed, as the Predacon vented about her dislike for humanity, but which inspired Vamp, whose impression of humanity had been unimpressive. From there, the Eight hit upon a plan to lure some stubbies to Cybertron, and use their Go-Bot technology to surprise them, then steal their advanced technology. Cultural Appropriation

Ser-Ket planned to meet with Vamp and other Predacons after meeting Buzzclaw at The Proton Blaster. Her plans were derailed when a battle between the Resistance and the Builders broke out near her. Head Games

While investigating for something to lure humans in to Cybertron, the Eight tried hacking the Grand Mal, fortress of the Builder army, where they learned of the Rosetta Stone, an important human archaeological artifact still in Cybertronian possession. Unbeknownst to the Renegades, they were being manipulated by the artificial intelligence Lord Imperious Delirious, who was using the Renegades as a catspaw to make humanity wipe out Cybertronian life. From there, the group made their plan; seize a nearby trans-hyperwave caster tower, broadcast a signal they knew humanity would catch with the Stone on full display, catch them unaware and seize their tech.

Taking the tower proved easy enough, the Micromaster guards being unable to fight off the GoBots, but a complication soon arose in an unexpected group of Maximals, Predacons and a Builder appearing just as Vamp and Bladez were finishing off the last guard. Vamp was quickly subdued by Stiletto, only getting back onto her feet once the fight way over. An enraged Vamp demanded to know which of their captives was in charge, and when Overshoot stepped forward, she executed him. Rampage forestalled his death by hurling himself, Snapper and Buckethead over the edge of the tower, leaving Stiletto behind to be taken to Erebos for questioning. The Maximal claimed to be MCSF, and while Bugsie was dubious, Vamp was concerned enough to have him call in Odd Ball and his associates as back-up. Stiletto seized upon the opportunity to rankle the two, provoking Bugsie into shooting and apparently killing her. An annoyed Vamp took off to fix herself. By the time she returned, Stiletto had broken free and killed Bugsie, and her ally Snapper had found her and disabled Scorp. Vamp took Snapper hostage to prevent Stiletto killing her, but didn't feel confident enough to take her on in a fight. Swearing disproportionate vengeance for her comrade's death, she set the base to self-destruct and fled back to the tower. There, she held the line at the entrance to the tower, until a shot from Snapper dislodged her from her cover, at which point she was mobbed and killed by Magmatron. Cultural Appropriation

Echoes and Fragments

In an unstable Iocus reality created by the machinations of Sideways and Gong, Vamp and the Monster GoBots replaced the Quintessons during the events of the Unicron War. In this version of history, Vamp and Creepy escorted Hot Rod and Kup to the edge of the Dactyl pit for the Master Renegade's "game". As the two Autobots fought their way out of the Dactyl pit, the Dactyls began spilling out of the pit, prompting the Monster GoBots to flee the sham courtroom for their own safety. Go-Bots comic

Vamp was a custom Go-Bot built by Zebediah Braxis. After the professor had locked A.J. Foster in the basement with Vamp, the monstrous Go-Bot was put down by Scooter before the Go-Bot uprising began. Go-Bots #1 Riding in Vamp, Braxis observed the chaos of the war's opening stages from the sidelines. Go-Bots #2

After being wounded, Braxis wired Vamp into a life-support chamber while he mass-produced his Go-Bot into an army. Thousands of years later, Braxis and the Vamps existed in the ruins of Earth only to flee up to the surface when Zod showed up. Go-Bots #4 With the Guardians and Renegades occupied on Earth, Braxis unleashed his Vamp army on Gobotron, ravaging its cities and roadways. When the Guardians and Renegades returned, Braxis dramatically announced himself as the planet's new ruler before he and his Vamp were cleaved in twain by Road Ranger who made short work of the rest of the Vamps, putting a quick end to their invasion. Notes

• The "Cataclysm" version of Vamp is a "virtual redeco" of Cybertron Megatron, with the head of Generation 1 Chop Shop.
• Scorp and Vamp being recruited by Pincher on Antares III is taken from the five-part "The Gobotron Saga" episode arc of Challenge of the GoBots.
• The Prime Predacon Ripclaw is a stealth homage to Vamp.
