Tracks is an extra, but don't say that to his face. He's very snobbish and holds high standards, refusing to keep company with anyone below him. So far the only contact he has ever made with anyone of lower social class than him is Beachcomber, and even then only to toss that deadbeat out of the garage whenever he finds his way inside Tracks's house. Tracks is not big on organics, either; probably afraid they'll mess up his paint or something. He would probably look awesome as a Corvette.
