Carlos Jimenez and the rest of the men assigned under Captain [[Cartwright]] met up with [[Ironhide (Movie)|Ironhide]] at the Al Udeid base in Qatar in order to track down [[Scorponok (Movie)|Scorponok]], one of the loose ends of the Autobot-Decepticon battle that had recently taken place. The group headed out into the desert to take down the bestial robot, only to be taken by surprise by Scorponok's ability to take control of other robots. Ironhide now under the Decepticon's control went berserk and began attacking his human allies. Jimenez was successful in avoiding Scorponok-Ironhide's initial assault, but was forced to flee as the robot continued his relentless assault. Thankfully, [[Darius Gale]] managed to break Scorponok's connection to Ironhide, who then quickly took care of his opponent.
