The Legends Universe (レジェンズユニバース), universal stream designate Iocus 514.31 Gamma, is a "dream world" created via the telepathy of the Zamojin and monitored by Windblade. Beings within it can cause their wishes to come true through mere thought, and the various Transformers series exist as mere fiction and toys.
