IDW Generation 1 continuity

Adorable.

The Metrotitan of Devisiun did not survive making landfall on the planet. As a result, the sparks it carried were subjected to the intense gravitational forces of the system's binary stars, causing all sparks that arose there to be born in pairs. Each twin formed one half of a single alternate mode, although they were not "combiners" in the true sense of the word. Windblade vol. 2 #6

After returning to Cybertron, the First Titan Metroplex located several colonies with his sensors, including Devisiun. Windblade vol. 1 #2 While merged with Metroplex's mind, Camien Cityspeaker Windblade got a brief glimpse of life on Devisiun. Windblade vol. 1 #4

In the aftermath of the Combiner Wars, Starscream and Superion made a trip to Devisiun. The natives were quite impressed by Superion's combiner technology, allowing Starscream to persuade the planet to join the growing Council of Worlds. Vanquish and Fireshot were sent to Cybertron to simultaneously represent their colony. Windblade vol. 2 #6
