The Colonnade of Cybertron is an object from the Generation 1 continuity family

The Colonnade of Cybertron is a database that held the combined culture, art and history of the people of Cybertron before the Great War.

Games

Transformers: Devastation

It was created as a covenant between all Cybertronians that held the entirety of their culture, art, beauty and other aspects of their culture. Following its creation, it was embedded within the Ferrotaxis supercomputer that was installed onboard Nova Prime's vessel the Proudstar. Nova Prime travelled the cosmos to bring Cybertronian culture to other worlds but a dark force corrupted him causing him to seek the destruction of other planet. His vessel later crashed millions of years ago on Earth where it remained buried until it was discovered by the Transformers during the Great War between the Autobots and the Decepticon's. Optimus Prime sought to recover the Colonnade as it served as one of the few surviving aspects of his culture but Megatron used the Ferrotaxis in an effort to Cyberform Earth. As a failsafe, Megatron had the Ferrotaxis linked to a swarm of Insecticon's that were cyberforming Earth and the only way to stop it was by destroying the supercomputer. As a result, Optimus Prime was forced to destroy the Ferrotaxis and as a result the Colonnade of Cybertron was lost. Devastation
