Renegade Rhetoric
After traveling to Axiom Nexus from somewhere in the Aurex cluster, Pow Wow and his fellow members of the Instigation Mini-Con Team grew tired of getting kicked around. They were receptive to Cy-Kill's message of violent reform and pledged themselves to his cause.
Cy-Kill noted him to be utterly fearless, and thought him a good candidate for undercover work. As Snoop had experience with such things, he thought her a natural partner for his new recruit. Renegade Rhetoric
