Ask Vector Prime

Hi-Way was the captain of a six-bot crew returning to Gobotron after a lengthy scouting expedition, one launched shortly after the GoBot conversion process was implemented. Scorp and Crain Brain, flying in Space Hawk interceptors, observed them. Cy-Kill subsequently captured Hi-Way and all of the crew except Apollo, who escaped to warn the Guardians. Cy-Kill observed tension between Hi-Way and Decker Decker, who blamed him for their capture. Using his mind-control abilities, Cy-Kill exacerbated Hi-Way's haughtiness, pushing Decker Decker to the Renegades. Vain Train was similarly manipulated.

Apollo later returned with Leader-1's team to rescue the scouts, and Hi-Way, Jack Attack, and Bullet battled their turncoat companions and escaped with their ship. Renegade Rhetoric

Notes

  • Hi-Way is heavily implied to be a repurpose of a Machine Robo toy which never made it into the GoBots line, as are the rest of the colonists.
