This character has no official visual representation in any Transformers product or media... yet, at least.
Bullet is a Guardian. He turns into a Series-0 Shinkansen train.

Bullet was a member of a six-bot crew returning to Gobotron after a lengthy scouting expedition, one launched shortly after the GoBot conversion process was implemented. Scorp and Crain Brain, flying in Space Hawk interceptors, observed them. Cy-Kill subsequently captured Hi-Way and all of the crew except Apollo, who escaped to warn the Guardians. Cy-Kill observed the sibling rivalry between Bullet and his younger brother, Vain Train.
