General Newcastle works with the heroic Guardians against the evil Renegades.

Ask Vector Prime
In one Gargent reality, General Newcastle was the head of UNECOM. Cy-Kill considered him a loathesome human who inhibited the spread of the Renegade message to Earth. Ask Vector Prime Gee, what a shame. A real shame.
