Beastbox is one of Soundwave's minions. Appearing to take the form of a gorilla, or other large ape, he tends to attack in a state of extreme rage.

Under the command of Soundwave, Beastbox was a crew member of the Nemesis on its mission to locate a Star Harvester. Together with Rumble, he tried to keep the ship under control after it was damaged in a collision with the Ark, but in the end the crew discarded it in order to pursue the Ark on a smaller ship.
