- Sawback is an Autobot Mini-Con from the Robots in Disguise portion of the Aligned continuity family.
Sawback loves fetch, and he can track his target from miles away. Sometimes this target is a stick; more often, this target is a Decepticon. But once his target is acquired, this noble beast often lets him go, trusting that his brush with the law will set him back on the straight and narrow. And if it doesn't, there's nowhere he can hide.
Most of that is not true when the target is a stick.

- Sawback (Mini-Con, 2015)
- Sawback transforms from a robotic wolf into a Cybertronian buzzsaw in a single step. As a Mini-Con, he can attach to and launch from any Deployer figure, such as Drift. He comes with a number of clear plastic accessories attached to an Autobot-insignia-shaped sprue, which can be attached using tabs and slots. Some of these parts can combine with those of his wavemates Divebomb, Dragonus and Slipstream to form an energy lion.
- The Mini-Con is later released by Takara Tomy, as part of the Micron Giveaway, for spending 3000 yen of Transformers Adventures products. Sawback also features a different scan-badge, which is compatible to Takara's Transformers Chronicle mobile app.
