As the Joes began their attack on Cybertron by sending down "green bombs" from the air, Psyche-Out noted that they were squandering the opportunity to study an alien world by contaminating it with foreign organisms. Scarlett dismissed his grievances, and continued with the air-strikes, targeting the mobile city of Trypticon next. Unfortunately, the Joes discovered it was protected by a forcefield, and their attack provoked a counter-strike from the Decepticons. The G.I. Joes' ships were taken down by Devastator, forcing them to split up and reconvene at Green Zone 0-8-6, the Joes' temporary base on the alien world. Targetmasters

Psyche Out was then assigned to a group entrusted with the destruction of the massive furnaces at Cybertron's north pole. After marking the furnaces to be destroyed by G.I.Rockets, the Joes were accidentally ensnared in one of Imhotep Rodimus's turborat traps. The Joes were freed from their prison when Blaster, one of Rodimus's fellow Autobots, scuffled with his enslaved comrade. At this time, the G.I. Rockets began to rain down onto the planet's furnaces. The Joes only managed to escape certain doom by hitching a ride atop of Rodimus's vehicle mode as he blazed out of the explosions' range. Form Follows Function
