- Swelter transforms from a small humanoid robot into a Cybertronian torpedo in a single step. As torpedo-style a Mini-Con, he can attach to and launch from Deployer Fracture. He comes with a number of clear plastic accessories attached to a Decepticon-insignia-shaped sprue, which can be attached using tabs and slots.
- While he shares engineering with fellow Decepticon Mini-con Divebomb, he shares no parts with him and is totally unique.
