- The Cyclonus Memorial Tower is a building from the Beast Wars: Uprising portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.
The Cyclonus Memorial Tower, more popularly known as the Cortex, is a building that hosts the Gladiatorial Administration Bureau. It is an ugly sight, prompting shudders from many who glimpse at it. It is presumably named for the great Decepticon soldier Cyclonus.

Beast Wars: Uprising
In the early 25th century C.E., the office of Eject, Administrator of the Games, was located in the summit of the Cortex. After the 1923rd Games, Lio Convoy traveled there to speak with his superior about the next rigging to do. After Eject instructed him that the next Game was to be another Cull, Lio Convoy departed to carry out his duties. Later, as the 1924th Games were about to begin, Eject was pacing in his office because Lio Convoy had gone off the grid.
