Can we please fix up this article so that it doesn't give a ridiculous amount of priority to a retcon made 26 years after the fact and an unnamed noncharacter who only shows up for one flashback? I don't care that hapless trooper is merged here, but that stuff needs to stay in the fiction section. :I think we should at least take the name "Archforce" out of the Marvel section, but that's part of a larger proposal of mine that I really need to get around to putting on the Community Portal. I guess the Re-Birth stuff ''could'' be taken out of the opening, but I don't know that it's necessary. --[[User:Riptide|Riptide]] ([[User talk:Riptide|talk]]) 15:32, 6 January 2016 (EST) | :I think we should at least take the name "Archforce" out of the Marvel section, but that's part of a larger proposal of mine that I really need to get around to putting on the Community Portal. ::There is no way the Megatron that was originally Archforce could possibly become Galvatron given that A) the only appearance of Archforce killed himself and B) the timeline he was in didn't lead into the 1986 movie. Megatron did mention knowing he would become Galvatron in the annual text story "Trigger-Happy!", but given the previous two facts, it could only have been the real original Megatron from the pre-1986 movie continuity (which "Trigger-Happy!" would actually be set in) after having met and fought alongside Galvatron during Time Wars in the flashback scenes when Galvatron was shown to have won the Time Wars. Can we please fix up this article so that it doesn't give a ridiculous amount of priority to a retcon made 26 years after the fact and an unnamed noncharacter who only shows up for one flashback? I don't care that hapless trooper is merged here, but that stuff needs to stay in the fiction section. Saix (talk) 15:20, 6 January 2016 (EST)
- I think we should at least take the name "Archforce" out of the Marvel section, but that's part of a larger proposal of mine that I really need to get around to putting on the Community Portal. I guess the Re-Birth stuff could be taken out of the opening, but I don't know that it's necessary. --Riptide (talk) 15:32, 6 January 2016 (EST)
- There is no way the Megatron that was originally Archforce could possibly become Galvatron given that A) the only appearance of Archforce killed himself and B) the timeline he was in didn't lead into the 1986 movie.
