Dr. Sidney Biggles-Jones works for Cobra, although she was secretly placed in their ranks as a double-agent by G.I.Joe. She's amazingly intelligent and wears a labcoat over a skintight leotard and knee-high boots.
She is responsible for overseeing Megatron's reconstruction into his Generation Two tank body. Megatron was so impressed with her abilities that he kidnapped Dr. Biggles-Jones so he could remove and examine her brain.
