This character has no official visual representation in any Transformers product or media... yet, at least.
Crain Brain is an evil Renegade. He is often partnered with Vain Train because of course he is.
Fiction
Ask Vector Prime
In Gargent 087.0 Kappa, Crain Brain was one of Cy-Kill's Rengades. He and Dr. Go were responsible for operating an Embargo Field inside the Eiffel Tower which prevented the Guardians from coming to Earth. They were defeated by the Autobot Spy Changers Wheeljack and Trailbreaker, along with the Guardian Tri-Trak, who deactivated the Embargo Field, foiling the Renegades' plan.
