- BuggyMan is a Renegade from the GoBots continuity family.
BuggyMan is a Renegade who transforms into a dune buggy. Cy-Kill considers him a competent officer, one with good judgement and an appropriate level of initiative. He likes talking in the third person and has a collection of insects, worms, and arachnids.

Timelines
The Buggyman is one of the odder, and creepier, Renegades and one Small Foot had once flattened in a fight, but someone decided to put him in the team meant to save the whole universe from destruction anyway! With his new, stronger Transformers-emulating body and an array of icky insect drones, he was attached as navigator to the second cross-dimensional team. His first act on meeting the first team was to have to confirm he wasn't Bug Bite using a fake name.
While Admiral Man-O-War and Path Finder clashed over strategy, the Buggyman sent his drones to scout the area. Path Finder's plan of enlisting Autobot aid was given a boost when the Buggyman announced he'd located the 'bot base nearby. Sunrise
