| This article is about the Cybertronian power supply station. For the Earth power supply station, see Power Station Alpha. |
- Power Platform Alpha is a location from the cartoon portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.

Located on Cybertron, Power Platform Alpha includes power processing units which take energy from a power generator deep within the planet, and turn it into a form usable by the Autobots. Its activation will provide them with a perpetual power supply, at least in theory.

The Transformers cartoon
During the ceremony to switch on the power to the platform, Rodimus Prime made the ill-advised decision to let Grimlock be the one to throw the switch. After he pulled several emergency alarms, Rodimus pointed him to the right switch. The power came on, smoke started pouring out of various places(?) and giant cogs began turning(?!) as the platform sprang into life. The Autobots were unaware that Slizardo and a Skuxxoid had been paid by Galvatron to insert anti-electrons into the generator, resulting in waves of energy which interfered with the Autobots' circuitry. Sky Lynx and Cosmos were the first casualties, crashing onto the platform, and when Springer tried to airlift Sky Lynx to repair bay, he too was affected. The Autobots eventually had to go down and switch off the main power generator, causing the anti-electrons to vaporize. After ensuring Galvatron couldn't obtain any more anti-electrons, the power was switched back on and the power platform put to good use. Grimlock's New Brain
