When gold mining within Mount McDermott destabilized the area and created an earthquake that threatened his town, Chief Howes dispatched the firefighters under him to deal with the situation best they could. Unfortunately, as the streets crumbled and cracked, they found themselves unable to drive their fire engines to where they were needed. A group of mysterious vehicles then sped onto the scene, jumping over whatever obstacles got in their way, to reach the people in need. After telling his men that these newcomers would still need help, Howes ordered them to keep on working on clearing debris from the roads. Collapse
