Oil Slick is a Decepticon scientist who wears a monocle. He and Loudpedal specialize in creating new weapons of mass destruction for the Decepticon cause.

Of Masters and Mayhem
Oil Slick and Loudpedal reported via telecommunications to Shockwave and Knock Out on the re-engineering of a test subject into Toxitron the living bioweapon. They later reported on the successful creation of a gun which could channel Toxitron's sludge, but it was during this call that they realized Toxitron was plotting to escape the facility.
