Distortion attempted to possess the Infinite Library and was opposed by Albedo. Vector Prime considers Distortion to be one of the multiverse's greatest villains.

Distortion was one of many new characters name-dropped in the Facebook edition of Ask Vector Prime on the final day that Vector Prime ran his column as a multiversal singularity.
Distortion background, including their gender and species, therefore remains unexplored, but if Distortion is a Transformer, then they are probably a Decepticon or a Predacon.
Distortion's name is a logical counterpoint to their foe's, Albedo.
